2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact data — name, email, phone, country of residence and preferred language, provided through consultation forms, calculators or partner channels.
- Academic and professional data — qualifications, test scores, work experience and program preferences, shared voluntarily during the advisory process.
- Application data — documents (transcripts, passports, financial proofs) uploaded to support university or visa applications, stored only for as long as needed.
- Technical data — IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and referral source, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to consultation requests and provide tailored advice.
- To prepare and submit university, scholarship and visa applications on your behalf.
- To communicate updates about your applications, appointments and admissions cycles.
- To improve our website, tools and educational content.
- To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on (a) your consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, (b) performance of a contract when you engage our advisory services, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business in a way that does not override your rights.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only with parties needed to deliver the service you requested: universities and language schools you apply to, government authorities for visa processing, and vetted technology providers (hosting, email, analytics, CRM). Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Application records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 5 years afterwards to support reapplications, alumni references and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Anonymous analytics may be kept indefinitely.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@elitestudy.education. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
8. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls and vetted infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected users and relevant authorities of any incident in line with applicable law.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adult students and parents acting on behalf of minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental involvement.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services or regulation. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
