Elite Study Group provides educational counselling, university application support, language exam preparation and immigration advisory services (including business and startup visa guidance). Specific scope, deliverables and fees are set out in a separate engagement letter signed with each client.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
University admission, scholarship awards and visa decisions are made by independent institutions and government authorities. We do not, and cannot, guarantee any outcome. Our commitment is to professional preparation of your application in line with the published requirements at the time of submission.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and authentic documents and information.
- Respond promptly to advisor requests and meet agreed milestones.
- Comply with the rules of universities, language providers and immigration authorities.
4. Fees and payments
Service fees are quoted in the engagement letter and may be payable in instalments tied to defined milestones. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the relevant work has commenced. Third-party costs (application fees, exam fees, visa fees, translations, courier) are billed at cost.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, branding, design, software and educational materials — is owned by or licensed to Elite Study Group and protected by intellectual property laws. Logos of partner universities and exam bodies appear with permission solely to describe legitimate partnerships and remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, reverse-engineer our tools, scrape data at scale, or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content via our forms.
7. Third-party links
The site contains links to university and government websites. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those external sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Study Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or its tools. For paid services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the affected engagement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
