The Ankara University TÖMER (Türkçe ve Yabancı Dil Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi) Turkish Proficiency Examination is a formal language assessment issued by Ankara University's Turkish Language Center, one of the oldest institutions dedicated to teaching Turkish.
